Getting Married To A Foreign Resident

If you are a US Resident, actively serving in the US Military, and want to marry a foreign resident we can help you obtain a legal USA marriage certificate without any travel or residency requirement.  It only takes 3 weeks from the time you submit the completed forms and documentation to receive 2 Certified Copies of the Official Marriage Certificate.

According to US Immigration Law a proxy marriage is considered valid if the marriage took place in a state where proxy marriages are legal and subsequently consummated.

After the proxy marriage is consummated you can then apply for a K-3 Spousal Visa which has a much higher priority than the K-1 Fiancé Visa and can greatly reduce the waiting time.

Fiancé Visa
An unconsummated proxy marriage is not considered valid according to Immigration Law, but the party who is the US citizen may submit the USA marriage certificate in application for the K-1 fiancé Visa.  This would show "serious intent" and can possibly reduce the waiting time.  There is a requirement that before you can apply for a fiancé Visa that you have met your fiancé at least one time in the past two years.

Civil USA Marriage For Foreign Residents

We can also arrange a Legal USA Civil Marriage by Proxy when one person resides in one country and the fiancé resides in a different country.

Apostille Certificate If you are a non USA resident and will need to submit the USA Marriage Certificate to any foreign government office you will need to order an Apostille Certificate.
