S&B Inc. arranges legal, fast, easy marriages for couples who are unable to be together at the time of their ceremony. We're proud to be the most established name in the business, celebrating our 3,000 marriage milestone.
We've been honored with the trust of many deployed military service people who have chosen us to arrange their legal proxy marriage.
"Thank you so much for your assistance in getting our marriage official. My husband is currently serving in Bagram, Afghanistan with the United States Army and by using your services to obtain our marriage, I was able to make all the arrangements for us to move and many other things that would make his transition home much easier and less stressful for both of us. Our most heartfelt thanks for your prompt service and professionalism."

Proxy Marriages, somtimes called "online marriages," are legally binding marriage ceremonies for couples who need to secure the legal benefits of marriage on a tight deadline, but who can't be together at the time of the wedding.
Our services are often used by men and women serving overseas who want to extend military benefits to their fiancés and make sure that their loved ones will be taken care of should something devastating happen during their deployment. We also help couples who can't be together in the United States because of citizenship status obtain legal marriage certificates.
To ensure that your Proxy Marriage will be honored by your state of residency and the US Military, our services include the help of a practiced legal team who will guide you through all of the legal elements of the process.

"We are very happy that we chose to get married by Proxy. At the time that we wanted our wedding to take place Patrick was deployed to Afghanistan. Upon his return we did a renewal of our vows and wedding pictures together. We have now been happily married for two years and are pleased to announce the birth of our son Charlie. We truely are blessed."
- Laura & Patrick
We offer two kinds of Proxy Marriage ceremonies, Single Proxy Marriages and Double Proxy Marriages.
Single Proxy Marriages
In a proxy marriage ceremony, one member of the couple attends while a proxy stands in for the absent party.
There are only a handful of US states where proxy ceremonies can be legally performed – though once obtained, your marriage certificate will be honored in all states. We perform Single Proxy Marriages in Colorado. While there are no residency requirements, one member of the couple must travel to the state to appear in front of a civil authority.
Double Proxy Marriages
Montana is the only state where Double Proxy Marriages can be performed, and while there are no residency requirements, Montana law demands that one member of the couple must be actively deployed in the military.
Two designated proxies attend the ceremony to stand in for the bride and groom and the official marriage certificates are then mailed to the married couple.
All of our Proxy Marriage services include:
"Thank you for your help and making this dream possible even though we are away from the United States. We are more than pleased with your services and would recommend you to anyone in the same situation."

There are websites that advertise quick proxy marriages via Mexico and other foreign countries. These foreign marriages may not be recognized by certain states, some US government agencies, and the Military. It is advisable that you first contact the Legal Assistance Department of JAG, and the office of the Attorney General in the state where you reside before you proceed with a foreign proxy marriage.
S&B Inc. cannot process marriages for incarcerated citizens.
