2. A double proxy marriage in Montana for all US and foreign citizens. This is possible when at least one of the parties is actively serving in the Military. You do not have to travel to Montana, nor residency is required.

Double Proxy Marriage

The only state where you can get legally married without traveling to that sate is Montana. You don't have to appear before the civil authorities in Montana. Getting A Single Proxy Marriage in Colorado
